LISTEN, LEARN, and LEAD
As a new district office administrator, it will be my job to LISTEN to the needs of all stakeholders in order to LEARN what is needed to serve the kids of the community. Through LISTENING and LEARNING, I will find pathways to build on past successes and LEAD system capacity to focus on the future of the district.
